Sounds like your power steering pump crapped out and has diarrhea.
You say the fluid you are putting in is blue then turns brown?
What kind of power steering fluid are you adding that is blue, the color should be red. Is the belt tight? I’m sure you checked since that’s the obvious. Sounds to me like you may have air in the system or need a new PS pump. Sorry about the diarrhea comment, I just couldn’t let it pass.

I would say your pump died too. Sorry.

Your pump wouldn't need fluid if you didn't have a leak somewhere. I wouldn't install a new pump just yet. Check to see if you have any leaks. Check the pitman shaft on the gear box, the hoses and look at the inside of the pump pulley for signs of dripping fluid. You could have sprung a leak and gotten air in the pump which would cause your noise.

i do hav ea small leak i knew that. sorry. but i put more fluid in, its fine now, but sometimes if the car is off, and im like going down my driveway in neutral, the car is off, so its hard to steer, fluid will come out of the little hole in the cap. is there anyway to replace the steering fluid? its brown looking, when my replacement is blue

It is normal for the pump to "burp" some fluid out of the cap if the steering is turned with the engine off. But I have to ask why you would be going down your driveway with the engine off? Also, I have never seen blue power steering fluid. Your system can be flushed but you need to repair your leak first. Also, you need to double check your fluid and make sure it meets manufacturer specs.
