something wrong with suspension not sure what?

i have replaced all 4 shocks and it still feels crazy going over something little.im just wonderign what could this be because obviously its not the shocks?thanks

Bushings... springs... what kind of condition is that stuff in?

Ball joints, tie rod ends, drag link, wheel bearings (if extremely loose). Look for loose,worn and broken stuff.

What kind of characteristics are shown when you go over bumps. Is it just bouncy or is there something else? You definitley need to give us more info if you want us to help you more specifcally.

well recently my girlfriend and i and her family went up into the white mountains at this little resort place and they have speed bumps lets just say i could only go over them 1 mile per hour without injuring someone in the truck because it just slammed on the ground so hard.
