sony cd player removal? and speakers?

hey guys,
I need to pull out my sony cd player so i can get to the back of it so i can hook up the rear sub back up. When ever the guy hooked up the head unit he forgot the rear sub. I can not seem to figure out how to pull it out and i cant get my hand up behind it. Any help?
All door speakers in a 4 door are 5x7's right?

Never had my head unit out but all your door speakers are 5x7 or 6x8

did you instal the head unit?

Sorry, I did not. If you pull on the plastic dash piece around it, it should snap out. Then there should be some kind of tabs on the front of the cd player dash kit that will let the cd player pull out. If I can find any instructions ill post it but so far no luck.
