sound insulation?

I was at a hardware store yesterday and walked past that pink-panther type insulation stuff, and saw some kind that was made for sound insulation. Anybody used this is their car? Is it a completely bad idea to? You can get about 88sq. ft for $18.. so hey, if it works, why not?

sounds like a bad idea to me. that stuff is meant to be used inside the walls of a house. in the car you have a lot of bumps and the pressure from the subs. i would hate to be breathing in all that crap. i hated doing the insulation on my dads house.
