And is it worth it to buy some of the more expensive RCA Cables

And where is the best place to install a set of tweeters, I was thinking

Just kidding - it does suck though.

Anyway, are those for your front stage?

And I would assume youre amping them because of the RCA cables? What amp is it?

by front stage i guess you mean the front, and they're going all the way around. No the RCA cables are for my amp and sub. And I think it pretty nice considering i didn't pay for it.

i have them exact speakers in all four of my doors,, they sound good,, i am using the factory amp till it gets warm outside,, than out it goes,

OK cool that's what i wanted to know, but what about tweeters, I really want to put them as shown in the pic

that works for me,, i just happen to have a set of Lanzar titaniums sitting around , might do that myself,,

so i guees thats a yes to the tweeter location cool, now if only my X wasn't like 200 miles away so i could at least install what i have for it

yeah thats a sweet place to put them, and no sony doesnt suck!!

they have their ****ty stuff just like ANY other brand, then they have theyre good high end stuff.

I have a Sony CDX-GT720 HU, with 2 way sony door speakers in all doors, and its all powered with the HU and it sounds amazing, with my 15" L7's

And where did you get the tweeters from if you are looking at getting the Kenwoods?

Tweeters require some sort of crossover.

Crutchfield, they come with crossovers, told my dad he was like whatever , a week later one quit and the other was nothing but static

No they dont. You are reading it wrong.

If you want tweeters you need to buy "Component" speakers not "Coaxial" speakers. The Kenwoods DO NOT come with tweeters.

You should really do some research before you spend your money. I dont want to sound like a jerk but you dont know what your getting yourself into if you think those come with seperate tweeters.

These come with seperate tweeters. This is a whole different ballgame than what you are thinking.

Sorry to burst your bubble pal but Sony DOES SUCK! You obviously dont know what a good system sounds like. Sony does not have a "high end" line.

You should also do some research.

no no no, I am buying tweeters separate
You could get much better speakers for the money. Buying from Crutchfield is like buying from BestBuy. Its very overpriced.

thanks for the tip, luckily i haven't ordered either yet, so i just save me some money

okay i know what sounds good and what doesnt, i never said sony has a "high end line" i said they have theyre good ****, and they have theyre ****ty ****.

jesus christ im not a 10 year old who as long as it makes noise thru the speaker im satisfied, ive been building my system how i want it for almost 3 years now, and sony tends to be the best cus im not gonna break the bank just for a higher end name.

FIRST STOP WITH THE SONY BASHING. IT AS A FREE FIRST HEAD UNIT!!!
SECOND, I'm ordering separate tweeters, does it really matter if i get component or coaxial, i thought it didn't.

AGREED!
i have 2 way speakers in each door, plus 4 tweeters mounted somewhat like that picture, the tweeters make a night and day difference, just make sure your using some kind of HPF, or cross over, you dont want the lows getting to them.

Nix that doesnt work well. You will need a crossover for that setup it will sound like crap. Those speakers are not made to be used with a seperate set of tweeters. This will sound like crap. Save your money - do some research anddo it right the first time. Take my word for it - just do yourself a favor and spend a couple weeks researching this before you make your decision.

DONT BUY THOSE SPEAKER AND TRY TO ADD TWEETERS, YOU WILL BLOW THE TWEETERS BECAUSE YOU NEED A CROSSOVER AND THEY DONT COME WITH ONE. THEY ARE NOT MEANT TO BE USED THAT WAY!!!!
