Hi, New here been searching for anyone with same problem as me and I have come up empty on every search. I have a 2020 xlt. 50k miles It makes a Strange sound almost like a dull rattle. Dealer says he can't replicate it.

It only happens when your just giving enough gas to keep your speed up. Under any normal or heavy acceleration you don't hear anything lugging up a hill it's very noticeable. Any ideas.

It's probably the car's undershield flapping around. Replace all the crappy plastic retainers with fender washers and and m6 nuts.

Welcome to the Forum.
If the sound can be easily reproduced, have a tech ride along with you and you can point out when the noise appears.

Where does it sound like the sound is coming from? If it sounds like it is in or under the drivers footwell, there is a TSB that addresses the issue.

The TSB is for a rattling exhaust flex pipe. Mine was exhibiting a dull metal on metal rattle sound at highway speeds that seemed to come from the drivers area footwell. The dealership performed TSB 20-2220 and the noise has not come back since (2+ years). I would check that first.

Link to the relevant TSB #20-2220
