Has anyone ever repaired or replaced it for 02-05's?
 






Yes. The part number is 7L2Z-1A131-A. It is about $100 new from the dealer, and can be had pretty easily from a junk yard for less. I believe there are four bolts that hold it on, and they are easy to get to once the spare tire is out of the way.
