Spare tire

Aloha,
I didn't get a jack with my 02 Sport Track. What kind of tool goes into that hole by the lisence plate? Is it special from Ford or something that I may have in my tool box? I looked into the hole with a flashlight but couldn't see what was in there.

Look for two long rods in the compartment behind the passenger side rear seat. You put the two pieces together and put in the hole in the rear bumper. The lug wrench is then used to turn the rods which will lower the spare tire. Of course if you can't find these tools head for a junk yard. I am pretty sure any explorer tools would work.
