My spare tire fell off my 1993 Ford explorer XLT. I can't believe this is not a recall. What possible preventive maintenace could be done other than oil sprays every year. The damn cable rusted and my tire flew off almost causing serious accidents.
Has anybody else have theri spare fly off while driving??
