Whats the point of changing the plugs if the wells just fill with water?

So you will be fully motivated to correct the problem of water infiltration.

You may need to replace the intake manifold.

Why would "Water" be pooling in the plug wells?

Do you perhaps mean "engine coolant"

Your original post makes it sound like you are 4 wheeling in a lake.

No coolant. The boot from the coil pack isn't water tight. Everytime it rains, I get misfire code. Tired of replacing plugs if they're just going to get fouled.

What I did with mine (because I had a coolant leak, which has been fixed) is run a bead of grease along the boot lip and when I tightened it back down it made a relatively waterproof seal.

Baker that is how I do it.

Haney do you still have splashguards on your truck?

Never had water issues getting in the wells. That's a lot of water to fill them up. Need to find the source of the leak.

You have a hood on?
