I have a 02 explorer sport i bought new. It has 130k mileage now. It always averaged 20 21 mpg highway 310 miles per tank up until 07 when i changed the spark plugs to Bosch plus 4's. It tripped a code multiple cylinder misfire cant remember code. Replaced plugs to oem new plugs as well as oem wires. Got rid of codes but I have never regained the mpg which is now 17 18 highway 250 miles a tank. Ive replaced front oxygen sensors no help. I hooked up to a scanner recently and noticed it was calculating calculated load 60 65% at idle no ac or electrical load etc. I looked for obvious vacuum leaks no obvious probs. Any ideas what the prob could be im stumped. I know its capable of 20 21 mpg otherwise I wouldnt worry about it. Thanx
