Hi Gang:
'04 Explorer 4.6 developed a very noticeable skip when "lugged". Brother inlaw has a little handheld diagnostic puter that coded 308. So I ordered the plug and coil online. Before removing plug I blew out hole with air. Got some water out doing this. I assume the water was the problem but going to replace parts anyway.
Now my question, what is recommendations on anti seize on plug threads and spark plug torque? And would some dielectric grease on coil where it sits on intake(?) be a good move? I assume water got there running down from hood/firewall area?
As always, thank you for your time and the great advice everyone contributes!
