Speaker Wiring through Front Doors

Can someone tell me how to access the wiring through the doors inside the cabin? I've sent in a whole hanger and can't find it entering under the dash at all. I can't find any youtube videos or forum threads or search results on how to access that area from inside the cabin to run wires through.

I added a OEM ion/mirror and wires and got that all set up and ran the wires through the door but now I can't make it from the right side of the door into the cabin.

thats odd usually it comes through the rubber thing in the second picture. stupid question but did the PIU come with door speakers? id assume so but just checking, since ive always seen it come through there
