Speakers are crackling, sorta fuzzy too. any ideas?

well, last year sometime i bought a pair of Polk 6x8's in the back, and a pair of infinity reference 6x8's in the front, and they were kinda fuzzy as soon as i put them in, so i dont believe its the speakers that are the problem. (its been fuzzy for quite a while, but i'm just now finding time to fix it) My factory amp is still installed, and i hope this is the problem, if it isnt, what else could it be. maybe bad speaker wires?

I know its not a bad connection at the head unit, as i replaced that last year too. Any thoughts?

Replace your amp and go from there.

You could take the speaker out and try a direct connection to the head unit just to rule out a bad speaker. Then go from there.
