80 series landcruiser owners often complain that the front axle's articulation is inhibited by the urethane bushings used in the suspension.
I am by no means an expert on suspension geometry, nor have I ever fabbed anything related to suspension up, but I have used bushings before.
Would it be possible to swap the urethane bushings out with spherical bushings? It seems to me like it would definitely allow more flex... I worry that perhaps they would not insulate vibrations well if at all, but I don't even know if they would work at all.
Anyone have experience with suspension know if I can use spherical bushings safely or not?
