well, I can't take the box back. I got it for christmas. It's got some bump to it. It's plenty for me. Anyhow, is there any way besides spray on sound deadner and rags to keep the car from rattling.
Also, I find that when my liftgate window is down, it rattles horribly. But when I lift it is fine. I won't mind driving with my liftgate window up in the summer, but the winter will be much colder. Is there any way to fix that?
Also, The box has 2 8's and 2 Horn Tweets which we have discussed. The are very good speakers. Which I can bust as many as I want in a year, and they are replaced for free! (Busted for any reason too.) Well, anyhow, my other question is what if I make four channels? one for each speaker. Like having two channels for the two tweeters and two channels for the two subs. This way I can put crossovers on the sub channels and then leave the tweeters on the regular level. Does anyone think this could work, because right now, when I turn the bass up, the subs are fine, but....the tweeters are very distorted because the low frequencies going to the tweeters.
Also, what do you mean finding the sweet spot 60 hz.? I have a clue of what this means, but please explain.
And what is bass blockers? Please explain these.
I'm really sorry about all the questions. I know what I'm doing like the regular speaker stuff, I'm really good at figuring things out, but this is really high tech stuff for me, thanks everyone! Any suggesstions welcomed!
