sqealing noise?

There has been a high pitch sqealing noise coming from my engine only when it is cold outside (it stops once it is warmed up and it doesnt do it when it is warm outside) and I thought it was the belt so i replaced it but it is still there. Any ideas of what it could be?

Could be your tensioner pulley

Its most likely either your tensioner pulley or idler pulley.
