Squeak on 2000 EB

I have a 2000 EB that has a squeak in the rear when going over bumps. I believe it's either coming from the rear tail gate or the interior side panels (where SUB or jack stand is). Does anyone know what might be causing this squeak?

it could be several things (latches, wiper, interior panels, etc.) i sprayed the hatch with rubberized undercoating and i dont notice it anymore...and i also put duct tape on my bottle jack, it rattled like a sumbitch.

Had the same problem with my 2000 Sport. After tearing my hair out, I finally found out where it was coming from. It turned out to be the spare tire under the rear that was rubbing against the body squeaking. I put some tire protectant on it, and no more squeaks! Try looking at that.
