I haven't started it in a couple of weeks while I have been working on some
body and exterior items.
Went out to warm up engine so I could get antifreeze in the engine. Shortly after starting it began to squeal loudly. So I shut it off and went to get someone to start the engine while I looked under the hood.
Wouldn't start. Not clicks, no noises at all.
Where do I start looking?

I'd start by looking for a seized pulley. Take off the belt and spin each pulley by hand. Does the engine rotate (clockwise) by hand (put a wrench on the crank pulley bolt)?

Why did you need antifreeze in the engine? Had you changed the water pump or other cooling related component that caused fluid loss, then ran the engine too low/dry which may have damaged the pump bearings?

I bought this as project so I know that all fluids need changed, The oil was dirty black and the water in the radiator was clearish, showing no signs of any antifreeze.

Good news. I thought I had disabled the alarm. WRONG!
The trick about taking the pos cable of, opening the doors and turning key to run worked once. So when I tried to restart it was the starter kill.
The squeal stopped before I could locate it. It was one of the top pulleys, guess it just didn't want to wake up after a two week rest!

Thanks for the attention and replies.
Guess I need to post a new question about alarm system.
