Squealing sound

When driving around 10 to 30 miles per hour, I hear this high pitched squealing sound coming from some where under the truck. Has anyone experienced this? It doesn't go away when applying the brakes, so I don't think its them. I know the front brakes have plenty of pad left. Not sure about the drums. Please let me know what you guys think.

hmm if not the brakes, it may be your belt tenisoner, i had the same high pitch noise, replaced it and the noise went away.
