I received 3 emails, 2 of which I have been ask not to reference. The bottom line, my dates were cancelled, and the hotel reservation also cancelled. Personally, I am not rescheduling ANY time in the future. With no known get well date for the current situation, that is my personal decision.

Thanks for the update. My sentiments exactly.

Something to throw out there for anyone purchasing an ST and looking forward to the Experience at some point in the future: if you happen to buy a "Demo" vehicle from a dealership, you won't be eligible to attend. Glad I inquired since one I am pricing out is a demo with a few thousand miles, and even though the listed requirement is being original owner, the Ford Performance school considers them used vehicles even though you'd still be the "original owner". Great if you want to save some coin though, especially if the school isn't something on your must-do list.

Seems odd as you are not using your own car, you use Fords. Ford is still getting a sale on a new vehicle purchase.

Definitely, and was one of my points. Since the vehicle is still being purchased from a dealer, and you are the original owner, what does it matter? Apparently when you sign up for the program, and once you provide your VIN, they want to know its delivery date and possibly the mileage. Of course there are plenty of ST's on lots that have been sitting there as long, or longer, so it being driven around by someone at the dealer should be irrelevant, especially since it has never been titled. Of course if getting a demo for about $10K less is worth it, I may not lose any sleep for missing out the Experience.

I would also assume leasing would be a no?
Just on the purchase of a new (not a demo) never driven ST.

I leased mine and have the opportunity to attend the program, I have it setup for 14/15 June
but I do not think it will happen.

So what’s the official word on the events that are happing now/soon? Why is the previous poster being asked not to discuss emails?

I am not sure why they asked me not to reference the emails, I was following there wishes. I used to race for Ford, this event was more for my son, so he could have the experience. With no true "get well date" in site, I am in no hurry to schedule any time soon, to have it be pushed back again. When times change, and things settle down, and the dates become more secure, I will reconsider scheduling a time to attend.

Any new info on recent events being cancelled? It’s my understanding the Biltmore is still closed.

I called them a couple of weeks ago to see what was going on, I was told by the lady I was talking to that things were going ahead
at Asheville.
I asked here how the physical distancing was working out in the cars. I did not get a reply, but was asked if I would like to cancel my
14 June date.
I decided to cancel, lets see what happens later in the year.

I cancelled mine as well. Think ours was the 15th . Program coordinator said we could reschedule for $150 till the end of the year but at this point I'm over it.

My gf and I just did this in Ashville, NC. We drove up from FL and spent the night before in hotel at our expense. We then did the event reception dinner/hotel/breakfast/the event/ and as a bonus we got tickets to tour the Biltmore Estate house. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

These really are awesome vehicles

I did the event in Asheville on July 20 and had car #26 too!

My wife and I really enjoyed the events and plan on going back to the Biltmore when things go back to “normal”.

My gf broke #26. When we did the evasive maneuvering she hit the corner at 30 mph instead of 20 and nailed brakes before she straightened up. The ABS and advance track and all that stuff lite up like a Christmas tree. They switched us to #35 after that.

Was really looking forward to this but I just noticed that this was the last week for 2020 season. I called to ask if they would be honoring buyers from 2019 due to covid and they said no, that sucks. Oh well, I hope someone can get in contact with Ford and persuade them otherwise, we shall see.

So apparently on the 2020 Explorer ST the Window Sticker will show a nice treat, ST SUV Experience put on by Ford Performance Racing School.

Details directly from the sticker are:

1- Day driving experience
1 -Guest experience
1 -Night hotel stay
Welcome dinner reception for you and a guest
Breakfast for you and a guest
Catered Lunch
Exclusive ST SUV Experience participant gifts
Memories to last a lifetime.

The complimentary ST SUV Experience is available only to original owners of the new Explorer ST Eligible participants who purchased and took delivery of a qualifying Explorer St will have one calendar year from the date of delivery to register and attend an ST SUV Driving Experience.
Apparently, registration is closed for 2020 and they haven't announced any dates yet for 2021.
