Stability problem while driving?

Good day all,
I am not new to Fords, I currently have an 02 Expedition and now, the Enterprise, my 02 EB Explorer. My issue sound like its common.
Sounds like I have a rear suspension issue, wanders all over, especially at highway speeds. Any thoughts about have a professional repair vs. myself? I don't have access to my good tools so I would have to buy all of the needed tools. Thoughts?

I have a problem that I tried searching all over the web. Let me first say that I have a 2003 Ford Explorer EB 165,000mi I had the front end recently checked for bad balljoints etc.

The problem that I can best describe is while driving on the freeway, the truck feels like the rear is swaying back and forth. The feeling feels like if you would take your steering wheel jerk it back and forth. (the steering wheel its self doesnt move just the best way I can describe the feeling) Its happens often and is intermittant. Im hoping that someone else has had this happen and knows what can fix it? I looked at the suspension in the back and everything appears to be intact. Thanks in advance for any thoughts about this.
I got the same problem as well recently had the front & rear shocks/struts replaced as well as the sway bar end links and all 4 wheel hubs and it does the same. Now let me be honest the front and read shock/strut assemblies were changed a different times as well as the wheel bearings, But I notice that the driver side rear wheel looks like it's wobbling like as if the lug nuts are loose but are indeed tightened to torgue specs..
