stalling out?

My X has 130k well cared for miles on it and runs very good. I notice though when I start the vehicle and back out of a drive way it will stall out when I shift from reverse to forward. Everything is topnotch, tune up, fuel injectors cleaned regularly, good gas etc...

Ford did replace an idler module a while back to no avail. Said the old one was caked with Carbon?

Any help would be appreciated?

BTW is there a better way to clean the fuel system besides pour in products, I use Redline and Lucas products. I do not want to remove the injectors.

BUMP! I think I'm having the same problem on my 98 X. Anyone know what the problem could be? It dosen't do it all the time, just once in awhile.

Update: I cleaned my MAF real good and it seems to have gone away...
