The last 6 months I have owned the car I have had no issues starting the car.
This weekend was the first cold weekend in my area getting down to 35 degrees.
I have a 2000 Ford Explorer sport with 170,000 miles on it 4.0L SOHC.
Today it took 15 minutes to get it started. It was not a baterry issue.
The engine would turnover but not start
Finally by pressing the accelerator I got it to start
Any idea what would cause this?
And how I can go about fixing it.
Thanks
