I've got a 2000 EB, and now that the cooler months are settling in, a problem is re-occuring for me.
I'll (cold) start and drive the truck just fine. When I stop (turn off) for a short amount of time (5-15 minutes), and go to re-start, the truck will start, run up to 1800RPM, down to 14-1500, then die, maybe 2x, then it will bounce down to 1-200 (feels real rough like it's going to die) then recover and be fine. I've been reading threads, and haven't seen anything similar, but I'm thinking of trying the "seafoam through the PCV" treatment.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!
