Starts then stops

so recently my Explorer has been acting weird. It will start up then die within a few seconds. Sometimes I will start to drive it, it drives fine,
But idles hard and jumps back and
Forth a little bit. Does anybody know what this could be?

Is there a check engine light on

If not then I would try to clean the iac valve
