static with cd player

when ever i have my cd player on i have a static that gets higher as my rpms go up. but i only hear it when my cd player is on i do not hear it when i have the radio on, is it my head unit or some thing else. by the way its not a cheap one its a middle of the road pioneer

Alternator whine.. I regrounded (made my own ground) the radio wire and installed an amp bypass harness. That got rid of it.

re ground my head unit, and i dont have a stock amp . does that mater at all , and what does this kit you speak of do says the cave man.
