Steering Stabilizer for a 97 Mountaineer

Does anyone make a steering stabilizer for a 97 X or Mountaineer.:redexp:

There is no stabilizer for the '95 up X or Mountaineer. They use a rack & pinnion steering system which is not compatible with a steering stabilizer.

I believe there is a stabilizer for our trucks. i was told by a jeeper friend that there was and he said it helps out even on a rack and pinion system. I have seen them on a 4X4 parts site also.
