steering wheel: 93 EB 4X4

Help? Need simple instructions to remove steering wheel on this Eddie Bauer model. Cruise switch needs to be cleaned!
Also can the steering wheel be repositioned? Alignment is correct but the steering wheel is ****eyed --- mechanic never seem to get it just right. 93 Eddie Bauer 4X4. Thanks.

The steering wheel can not be repositioned the way they are made can let them go on one way only. The cruise buttons are easy to remove. Two screws hold on the horn pad and the four screws hold on the buttons. One wire connector of the buttons.
