Posted this in the audio forum, figured it may see a little more traffic here:
Need help getting my stereo hooked back up. I removed the stock five disc CD changer and got a little carried away removing wiring. I removed and discarded the two junction boxes under the center console and didn't realize until the next day that I had killed power to the radio.
I tried to the get the same junction boxes from a couple of scrap yards, but so far no luck. I assume that there is an aftermarket solution to this, but so far I have been unable to find anything, perhaps I am not using the right term to describe these boxes.
Has anyone one else had this issue or know hoe to resolve.
This is for a 1997 Ex that does not have the JVC system.
