Sticking Accelerator on 95 X.

my 95 X accelerator sticks closed, really annoying when trying to drive smoothly, otherwise not a big deal.

it's got 103,000 on it, was wondering how much a PITA is it to replace the cable, or is the silly linkage on the TB the culprit?

my 76 bronco with 88 5.0 SEFI does that when my idle set screw is too far in. it has to touch the throttle lever then hold it open at least 1/8" when i back the screw all the way off it sticks until the acclerator is depressed a half inch or so, then its fine.
