Vacuum leaks?

do you have a code? You have owned this for less than a month it appears.
can you verify the current cable order?

ok kinda starting from 0 then. are you sure it is a "miss" condition?
You state you changed Cables, Plugs and Coil (ICM?). Are these all new parts or used swaps?
No code or MIL . you sure the mil lamp is working?
have you done any compression test?
Listening for leaks isn't the most sound of testing methods for vacuum.

verify correct cable orientation. very easy to connect them incorrectly.

verify mil indicator is working (should illuminate momentarily every start)
verify healthy compression.

this being a presumably new to you car, cap unnecessary vacuum tree accessory ports instead of trying to track down other things. focus on the engine first.

The lamp works and lights work it has good compression.i checked everything.its a missfire

Sounds like you need an OBD 1 code reader. The diagnostic port is under the hood, and the blinking light/beeper code readers are about $20.

Can you describe the problem? Does it miss constantly while idling, only under throttle, could it be a misdiagnosed miss?

ok. if the MIL works, and there is a misfire, the functionality of the pcm should be questioned, but don't go buying a computer just yet. If you have not seen, there are issues with capacitors leaking in the PCM .Not just explorers, and not just fords. the electroylic capacitors used in electronic assembleys 94 and older are just old and started leaking , some in the early 2000's.

opening up the pcm and visually checking for leaks or corroded trace is goood. But thorough testing requires individually testing those capacitors (there are 2 to 3 ). This doesn't mean the pcm can't fail in another way, but it is very unlikeley.

The plugs wires and cap are all brand new from AutoZone.the plugs are AC Delco plugs and the cap is carquest.i have a code reader but the eec test port under the hood doesn't fit my code reader plug in.its missing while idling and while driving.

I only run Motorcraft plugs in these. These trucks (both OHVs) are very particular about plugs.

You can pull the codes with a jumper wire.

How do I do that with wire.and alright so before I take the pcm out I should go get motorcraft plugs and try that.add me on Facebook Tim Gile,my pic is me wearing and bright orange shirt.i have a big black beard

video is good, image links are rotten though so you may also try Ford OBD/OBD2 Codes – TroubleCodes.net

you mention cap twice. what "cap" did you purchase from carquest?

Try this.

The ignition coil.

What about it?

The ignition coil.i replaced that as well

Did you get the plug wires on wrong at the coil? That's a fairly common mistake drivers side goes 1,2,3 and the other side is 4,6,5

Just because you changed everything, doesn't mean you didn't get a bad one.
pull every plug wire from the coil one at a time. see if there is a change. it should be everything you pull one. if not, then that wire, plug or even the coil itself can be bad.
I have had this happen to me three times in the 30 years I've had my F-350' and explorers. twice it was a bad plug. and once a coil on my 93 explorer.
