stock fog light problems on a 98?

ok the one of my stock fog lights doesnt work. the other one needs a wiring harness (fron the light to connector) i replaced the bulb in the left one (the one that doesnt work) i've messed with the harness in the dash still nothing.

water damage the brass spring loaded connector that touch the bas of the bulb get coroded need the scraped to shinny, also pull on the meatal to increase the contact pressure. Most of the electrical fog light problems come from bad contacts too loose and croded.
