Pros - no more torsion bars hanging down; more adjustable; better handling and comfort

Cons - expensive, not an off-the-shelf and bolt-in modification

does it take your torsion bars completely out? whem it gets warm I plan on doing a 2 /2in.tt so can I adjust the coilovers to give me the same lift? would any coilover work or do I have to get certain ones? are they seen wen standing outside the truck? and I seen where theymake a 1" lift or coilovers or is that the same as just adjusting them higher

Yes, you would remove the torsion bars. You would need coilovers specific to your application. I haven't looked into them enough to say what but there are a few good threads about this project on the forum you could search out. This is not as simple as "remove the shock, replace with coilover." If it were, we'd all have coilovers.

They'd be visible outside the truck as much as the shocks you'd replace. Are you asking because you want to do this for visual appeal? If so, imo, you can get more bang for your buck through other modifications.

Just in time, there's a member that just put his complete setup for sell, You won't need the control arms because they are different on the ST but the Coilovers, brackets, etc... are what you'd need. Give this guy a call or pm, he can tell you what you need to know.
