So monday morning (approx. three weeks ago) I walk into the shop, warming up my brain for the day to come; I ponder over the next few projects I will be starting on my Gen 1 Sport and as I glance out the front windows to get inspired at her beauty and what will become of her.... My heart sinks, my throat callapses.... no it can't be something is wrong...... I bolt out the front door to confirm there is no illusion through the window, My lights are GONE!!!
as I gain ground on the front end I say to my self, perhaps one of the guys in the shop just removed them in essence to prevent this, no would never happen, and ass I pull on my wirring harness to see that the water proof connections have been cut off, it is all confirmed. Some (Jack of all Trades) has just spent about ten minutes unbolting and cutting my lights off from the pirtch she had. Not much I could do at this point so as my blood cooled down in the frigid tempuratures, I called my insurance and made a Police report. My one of a kind and very unique 9" Hella lights are gone; if you find any information regarding this please let me know they are easilly identifyable to me and you can view them on my photobucket page (along with my body/paint work now almost complete under Truck Pictures and Stainless Steel Explorer respectively) Two of the hella's were the first Two lights and probably still the only two lights in Canada and the others are just as unique.
I hope you all lock up your valuables... I recomend Electric Razor wire... however a shotgun works just as well!
