Stopping Sync notice on vehicle start

I'm still navigating the electronics in new my '19 Explorer Sport. Every time I start the rig, I receive an offer from Sync to look for networks, and I must manually close the window. Is there a setting that can disable this? I have the hot spot option turned off. Thanks.

Welcome to the Forum Jimmy.
I believe if you turn OFF the searching for updates setting you will stop that notice from coming up. That is what I did. I went for over 2 years without that annoying notice popping up and then suddenly it started just as you described.
