strange break/turn/backup light problem

alright, here's my weird issue, my best friend was takeing his driving test, i didnt go with him, they said one of my break lights was out, so he failed, brought it home, break light was fine, went back, same problem, this time on the other side, brought it home, same thing, so i went with him and sure enough there was a probem, the left side break/turn/backup lights wouldnt work, tho when turning the lights on its fine cept when pressing the break it doesnt brighten, anyways sometimes its the left, sometimes its the right, i used to be able to jiggle the wires behind the fuse box to get it to work but it doesnt work anymore, the fuses are fine and i cant see any wires comeing lose or anything so i just dont know what the issue is, it really sucks when having a probelm on the road you cant do your hazzards beacuse only one side will work, i dont know enough about wireing to find the probem myself so im asking for any help here thanks

my 93 started out with one light out, so i replaced bulbs, bungeed them to see if they would come on when pressing brake and it did, for about 1 day. Now all 3 stops are out and so is the RH turn.

Have you replaced the stop lamp switch (follow the brake pedal up)? It's $8 at pepboys but you gotta take the webpage with you in case they have a higher price.

Mine still are out and I've posted it also

havnt replaced any switches yet, replaced all the bulbs tho, but its only the left side that doesnt do anything, no break/turn or backup light on that side, just the regular lights when you turn your lights on

My 95 did that, with the left side reverse lights, so i said f it, and bought ALL new lights for the rear (blinkers, tails, and reverse) everything was good, besides the left reverse still, so I gave it a swift punch and ever since, its been good LOL
