Strange noise from rear end.

Hi, I have a strange noise probebly from the rear end when I accelerate and hits something bumpy. It sounds allmost like a tire burn. Don't think it's the suspension cause the sound isn't there when I drop the pedal and roll over something bumpy.

Any suggestions?
