1995 Explorer XLT ~140,000mi. - Automatic Transmission

Yesterday I was driving down the road when my transmission went completely out.

Out. Out as in I have no drive gears at all. As I was moving I just noticed the car start to rev up and noticed I had nothing. I switched to 1st and 2nd, but nothing. I managed to coast into a gas station, where my truck sits now. The only working gear is park, and everything else might as well be neutral.

I checked the trans. fluid. It wasn't exactly red, and didn't smell like roses. I assume it's burnt, but I have seen worse. I am hoping this problem is electrical since my transmission went out without the normal signs like slipping, grinding, etc.

My transmission was rebuilt at about 115,000mi.

Any of y'all guru's have an idea?
