ok i searched maybe i just didnt see it but my emergency brake is stuck an i didnt know it was until i heard niose the coming from it earlier today now the mechanism is locked up how do i release it

You mean when you pull the release the pedal stays down??? The spring inside the the pedal mechanism could be broken.
Otherwise you may have a cable that is stuck/corroded in a sheath, frozen mechanism in the rear drums, etc.... If that is the case you can begin by taking off the rear rotor and checking what is doing in there.
