Stuck in park...Help?

I have a 2003 trac,I have been stuck in park every once in awhile,Maybe once every 4 months,Now it just stuck,I know all about putting the key in n then starting,My ? is there something jammed in there or what,Anybody have this happen?Help is needed,Thank You.

You might want to look at the brake switch and connector at pedal.

To get out of park you have to press the brake pedal.
So if it doesn't see you pressing the brake pedal it won't let it out of park (the computer).
