My 02 ex stumbles every time during light acceleration around 20 mph. It feels like I hit the brake for a second. At the same time, the RPMs go down from 2500 to around 1500. After that it smooths out, runs and shifts fine. The idle is also fine. I've replaced the plugs and wires, fuel filter, air filter, and cleaned the IAC and MAF.
I got the ex a few months ago, and it always does this during acceleration. Is this normal? If not, what could cause this? Any help is appreciated as always!
Another question: I can feel a bit rough idling when stoping at red ligt. It's not idling rough all the time; it's more like nornal/smooth ldling for about two second and then shaking/rough iding for a second, and this goes on an on. What could cause this "normal-shaking-normal-shaking" idling? When parked, it idles smoothly and does not shak a bit.
