Stumbles when I press the the accelerator.

Just replaced the heads on my 95 4.0 Ex . And everything went together smoothly. The only problem Im having now is that sometimes it will stumble when i press on the gas quickly from stand still, a few times it has cut off but start right back up. And it doesnt do it all the time. If your already riding along and stomp on it to pass a car , it takes off with no problem. I took a can of brake cleaner and sprayed every where checking for vaccum leaks but cant find any. Any suggestions?

That could be the throttle position sensor. Any codes?

Another thing that causes that is too much timing advance but because it's non adjustable I'd be looking at your gas octane.

I have had issues like this with a dirty IAC. I used to even lose all power on the highway. Try that first.
