Sub issues

So I put a new sub in my merc after thinking just the sub was bad. (Factory box with factory amp)

Still barely makes any bass.

Then i bought a working amp off another member on this board.

Still barely played.

Now I am out of ideas. Anyone else have any recommendations.

It's hard without knowing how much bass there is.

The stock amp doesn't push much wattage...

well the driver moves but just barely noticeable to the touch.

I have to imagine that it does more than its current output even with the stock amp.

What sub did you put in? And the factory amp won't do much
