subs or bypass??

A few days ago i got new head unit put into the explorer and with the next paycheck i make i was planning on buying an amp kit and installing my 1200W audiobahn amp and 2 xtant subs, but i also need to have the factory amp bypassed. So my qustion is will it be ok if i go ahead and put the subs in for about a week without having the factory amp bypassed or will it cause a problem. Do i need to get the bypass done first?? or should it be ok hooking everything esle up first and then getting the bypass done next week?? Id appreciate any help i could get

Go ahead and do it right the first time and don't screw anything up. Running the 4 corners with the HU and amp could result in damage to them or to the HU.
