With three 10s, you're probably going to have to use the back of your x. You can make boxes out of plastic and fiberglass as well. Fiberglass would be the preferred material, as plastic isn't as good. Particle board is pretty cheap. Check your local home depot or lowe's for accurate pricing. The cost for my box was under $50. That's all items included. Much cheaper than a premade box. Stick it to the man!!

Yes. As a matter of fact they did. He sent me the the file, and I have a copy of it here someewhere. It was very professionally done (the write-up AND the box). It a PDF file, I have it here on my computer.

Just to verify The interior panel did go back on right?

The small one did not. The speaker sticks out a little too much. But, if you carpet the box, it looks decent. The main panel that covers half of the right side of the interior went on ok.
