I get a lot of noise from the area of my sunroof. Is there anyway to get rid of it? Like one of those add-on deflectors kinda like what you would use on the door windows?

When I mess with the switch on the sunroof I can make the noise a less annoying but then the roof isn't completely closed. Don't know if it would leak or not.

This is my first outfit with a sunroof. Do they all make this noise? If I had known I would have searched for one that didn't have it. I thot it would be "cool". And the kids like it.

If it's making noise while its closed something isn't right. You can't even tell mine is there unless it is open (especially open with ski racks  ) I'd hop up there and check the weatherstripping. And just because the inside of the cab isn't getting wet doesn't mean its not leaking! Good luck!

with my ski racks it was necessary for me to get a deflector. i got it off of ebay, only problem is its a real PITA to put on, id pay someone (got it put on when i had my tint done), or just go buy it from a place like that, i can actually drive with my sunroof open now, worthwhile investment if you ask me

I also have a deflector on my sunroof. with it on you cat hardly tell its open noise wise. Like section525 said if its making noise when its shut there is a problem. My deflector was super easy to put on but then again i dont have any type of rack up there. I would highly recomend one it makes a big difference in wind and noise. i think with the deflector though you are not getting th e air blown into the cab just pulled out of it. ive never riden in my back seat though.
