Sun visor vanity mirror lights.

Hi
I am going to replace the headliner in my van soon. Can anyone tell me if there is an easy way to disconnect the wiring for the vanity mirror lights in the sun visors? I pulled one visor partially down, saw the wires, but no connectors were easily visible.

There should be a plug on the end of the wire.
