Wow thats a good bit! my 95 had 210k when I sold it and last I knew it had 222k and still running strong. Quite a few members on here with pretty high miles more than yours.

Nice to see another Oregonian!!! I'm in the Portland area.

Sounds like not a bad price...i paid $2200 or so for my '97 last year, only thing it needed was a windshield, although i've done some routine maintenance too.
