thanks

here's a link to the manufacturer's web site:

You will feel a difference with the Superchip, at least I did on my '97 SOHC. An additional benefit with the Superchip is the revised shift strategy on the 5-speed automatic. It shifts straight to the right gear when passing instead of shifting through each one until it gets to the right gear. I did not see any MPG improvements though and you will have to run premium gas. I slipped up a week ago and put in 89 octane instead of the usual 92 octane and felt a noticeable lack in acceleration. Put the premium back in yesterstay and it's back to its old self. Fortuntately it did not knock with the 89 so I know I can use it in a pinch if I have to. My MPG weren't even hurt either since on that tank I got 18.1 MPG which is right where I've been running now that I don't need to use my A/C.
